All of the proposed solutions to the problem could also be connected to breaking the silence and increasing the knowledge and therefore the treatment capabilities. Lastly, it’s clear that mental illness is a controversial subject. The picture of mental illness in media can be a factor of changing said controversy and make it more acceptable to talk about openly about mental illness. This in turn could result in a more open and acceptable society towards those with mental illness. (Less)
