The analysis was based on Webers (1987) theory regarding bureaucracy and and Topor and Borgs (2008) analysis regarding the interpersonal dimension. The results of the study show that if the participants experienced bureaucracy as a prominent factor in their contact with financial aid that generally led to a negative experience. From the participants’ descriptions we can also understand the interpersonal dimension as a contributor for a positive experience in how clients experience requirements. (Less)
