Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the presence of social services in debate articles that were part of the homelessness debate. This has been done by analyzing the content of 43 debate articles in the area of homelessness published during the period 2016-2018. The processing of the articles was done with a quantitative method in which the goal was to identify keywords that and main actors that emerged in the homelessness debate. The results were then analyzed from a social constructivist perspective, and my conclusions were that the social services occur in a, relatively to their mission, small extent in the analyzed articles of debate.
