- Abstract
- The master thesis examines what evaluation methods that are available to evaluate RVA-work and analyze which of the methods that are best suited for Malmo. Thereafter two alternative evaluation methods will be presented. This will be based on the literature study of evaluation methods for RVA-work, interview study with Swedish municipalities about their RVA-work and a study of Malmo’s RVA-work for insight in their prerequisites. The project is done at Lund university and is aimed to Malmo municipality. The most important conclusion drawn from the thesis is that there is a need to evaluate the effects of the RVA-work. Utvärderingsarbetet av risk- och sårbarhetsanalysernas effekter är alltså komplicerat att utvärdera ur ett kortare tidsperspektiv, vilket ofta är vad som förväntas av kommunerna. Ambitionen med examensarbetet var att ta reda på vilka metoder det finns för att utvärdera arbetet med risk- och sårbarhetsanalyser och vilken metod som är bästa lämpad för Malmö stad utifrån deras förutsättningar. Detta gjordes genom en litteraturstudie för att undersöka de väsentliga utvärderingsmetoder som fanns, intervjustudier med svenska kommuner om deras utvärderingsarbete och intervjuer med Malmö stad om deras förutsättningar och målsättningar med deras arbete med risk och- sårbarhetsanalyser. Examensarbetet mynnade ut i två alternativa utvärderingsmetoder som förhoppningsvis kommer att implementeras av Malmö stad eller andra kommuner i framtiden. (Less)
