- Abstract
- As of 2013 until 2019, there is an ongoing development of the former industrial area Järnvägsverkstäderna, neighbouring the area of Kirseberg in the municipality of Malmö. Which is in the process of developing an in-depth overview plan of the area called Södra Kirseberg and Östervärn. This is a qualitative case study of the planning process behind the in-depth plan. The aim of the study is to explore how the municipality has worked on the integration of marginalized groups in the planning process. Using in-depth interviews and document studies as methods and communicative planning and intersectionality as a theoretical framework.
