Abstract
Facing the increasing network illegal file sharing through BitTorrent and alike, the EU law has no unified copyright law to regulate this issue. This paper analyzes relevant case laws, relevant legal regulations and the current situation of BitTorrent. Within the stream of the BitTorrent downloading.
