- Administrators’ roles in politics have been debated during a long time and is constantly changing. The aim of this thesis is to examine politicians and administrators view on the interaction between them and their view on administrators’ possibility to influence decision making in the case tramway Lund C – ESS, thus to examine how politicians and administrators look upon how the actors interact and administrators’ power over decision making.
I have interviewed politicians and administrators, focusing on the interaction between them and how it affects the final product and administrators’ role in decision making and how they hold power over decision making.
