The theory of Neighbourhood Effects is used to analyze the material. Methodologically, the thesis is designed as a case-study where a mix of materials are used; an interview, annual reports, newspaper articles and a vision document. The analyze show that Gårdstensbostäder has worked in a widely-spread way up until today. Further on it shows that the future vision has more of a specific focus on the built environment. Finally, the analyze suggests that the previously mentioned anti-segregationpolicies have had varying influence on Gårdstensbostäders work over time. (Less)
