Results: In several studies the authors point towards the need for more education on the subject ecological sustainability to stop climate change. By integrating theory and practice, ecological sustainability can be implemented. Conclusion: This literature review showed that the four themes described by Wagman in 2014 can still be found in the latest studies on the subject of ecological sustainability. The subject of ecological sustainability is in need of more empirical studies. (Less)
