Barnperspektiv och paradoxer: En dokumentanalys av riktlinjer på ekonomiskt bistånd

Abstract
The aim of this study has been to investigate if and how municipal guidelines of welfare benefits has discussed child perspective. A qualitative study with 11 municipal guidelines from Sweden has been content analyzed. The sample was made through a targeted selection based on Save the Childrens list of Swedish municipalities placement on the top or the bottom of child poverty. Theories that has been used in the analyze of the guidelines has been child sociology and new institutional theory. Some of the guidelines did not even discuss the child perspective or did it poorly when analyzed from child sociology terms. Still some of the municipalities in their guidelines present themselves as executors of the child perspectives. The way of contradiction found in some of the guidelines has resulted in forming of the term contradiction paradox, in an attempt to explain what has been seen through the analysis. (Less)
