- Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att utveckla förståelsen för den påverkan som
skiftande styrning har på anställda inom en organisation.
Metod: Abduktivt tillvägagångssätt. Totalt 13 semistrukturerade kvalitativa
intervjuer på ett fallföretag.
Teoretiska perspektiv: Det huvudsakliga perspektivet för analysen är social
identitetsteori. En litteraturgenomgång av traditionell och nutida forskning
angående styrning har även utförts.
Empiri: Vi ämnar undersöka den effekt varierad styrning har på anställda i ett
företag. Tretton intervjuer med anställda på detta företag har utgjort grunden för
vår empiri.
Resultat: Våra fynd visar att de anställdas upplevelser av varierad styrning har

that varied organizational control has on employees within an organization.
