Scholars have discussed the advantages of having an inclusive model which is re-lated to the directional flow of change communication. In the meanwhile, stakeholders are still wait-ing for their opinions, concerns and suggestions to be listened in regards of change. And stakeholders will make the sense of what is going on with other stakeholders during change situations. This research aims to investigate the challenges that the leadership need to take into account to communicate change that affect the stake-holders’ co-creation of sense during changes implementation. By using the 'bottom-up' approach as a starting point, the stakeholder theory, sensemaking process as a belief or action-driven and with a social constructivism lens, an analysis is carried out in order to unveil the constraints and challenges of change.
