- Den här uppsatsen undersöker Martin Luther King Juniors roll inom och bidrag till fältet för mänskliga rättigheter, och syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka och analysera hur Martin Luther King Junior uttryckte sin förståelse för mänskliga rättigheter som ett koncept. För att uppfylla uppsatsens syfte har en frågeställning formulerats som centrerar kring Martin Luther King Juniors konceptualisering av mänskliga rättigheter. The findings and results of the investigation are that Martin Luther King Junior conceptualized human rights in various different ways, and this is presented through the coding and sorting of his ideas under the three methodological categories created from Orend’s theoretical framework: a philosophical understanding of human rights, human rights in reality and the fulfillment of human rights.
