Föreliggande studie ämnade att undersöka hur attityd, subjektiv norm och upplevd beteendekontroll utifrån Theory of Planned Behavior, är relaterat till intentionen att vara aktiv i arbetsrelaterade digitala mötessammanhang. Den beroende variabeln, intention till att delta aktivt i digitala arbetsrelaterade mötessammanhang, samt de oberoende variablerna attityd, subjektiv norm samt upplevd beteendekontroll mättes genom ett frågeformulär via internet. Enkäten resulterade i 73 deltagare varav 79.5% (n=58) identifierade sig som kvinnor och 20.5% (n=15) identifierade sig som män. Den beroende variabeln, intention till att delta aktivt i digitala arbetsrelaterade mötessammanhang, samt de oberoende variablerna attityd, subjektiv norm samt upplevd beteendekontroll mättes genom ett frågeformulär via internet. Enkäten resulterade i 73 deltagare varav 79.5% (n=58) identifierade sig som kvinnor och 20.5% (n=15) identifierade sig som män. Datan analyserades genom en multipel regressionsanalys där resultatet visade att modellen av oberoende variabler kunde förklara 61.8% av variansen i den beroende variabeln (F(3,69) = 37.2, p = <.001, R2 = 0.618). Vidare visade resultatet att de tre oberoende variablerna hade ett positivt, signifikant samband med intention. Utifrån det unika bidraget till modellen visade endast attityd och subjektiv norm statistisk signifikans, varav attityd till störst del predicerade graden av intention till att delta aktivt i digitala mötessammanhang när resterande oberoende variabler var konstanta. Den huvudsakliga slutsatsen blev således att de oberoende variablerna attityd, subjektiv norm och upplevd beteendekontroll relaterade i olika grad till intentionen till att delta aktivt i arbetsrelaterade digitala mötessammanhang. Based on the unique contribution to the model, only attitude and subjective norm showed statistical significance, where attitude was related at a greater extent to the degree of intention to participate actively in digital meetings when the other independent variables were constant. The main conclusion of the study was that the different factors; attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioural control, related to varying degrees to the intention to participate actively in work-related digital meetings.
