To analyze the material we used a theoretical base of Aaron Antonovsky’s Sense of coherence and its components comprehensibility, manageability and meaningfulness. We found that fast changing context was described as causing stress and worry. We also found that social support from colleagues and past experience was described as a clear contribution in making the context comprehensible and manageable. Collegial community and feelings of responsibility appear to contribute to making the work related context feel meaningful. (Less)
