- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to examine and investigate what the norm-setting process looks like in regards to regulations that give employers the opportunity to request and demand drug tests from their employees. To fulfill the purpose of the study, a qualitative research method with semi-structured interviews were conducted. The sample consisted of employers and union worker representatives. Furthermore, thematic content analysis and Foucault's theoretical framework were used in order to analyze the collected material.
