Syfte & mål:
Studien har haft som huvudmål att skapa en bild av intresset för dagens marknad gällande byggnation och användning av Kombohus och studera det i jämförelse till utvecklingen av industrialiserat byggande. Den Information som framkommer under studien ska ta fram vilka aspekter som påverkar dagens utbud av Kombohus.

Metod:
Studien omfattar en litteraturstudie där en teoretisk referensram skapats. Den valda metoden för arbetet grundar sig i en kvalitativ studie, där sju respondenter har intervjuats på semistrukturerat vis. Intervjuerna har baserats på de centrala frågorna för studien.
Resultat:
Informationen som framkom under studien låg till grund för ett resultat som visar att konceptet Kombohus är bra, billiga och effektiva byggnader. De är flexibla till viss del men passar inte alla detaljplaner. (Less) - Abstract

The study includes a literature study for the purpose of creating a theoretical framework. The main method chosen for the study is based on a qualitative research where seven respondents have been interviewed in a semi-structured way. The interviews are based on the key issues of the studie.
Findings:
The information given throughout the study shows that Kombohus are good, cheap, and effective buildings. They are partly flexible but does not fit every local plan. (Less)
