Two segments were analysed 1) process of location selection, both in terms of content and timeline, and 2) process of data research and its relation to the regulations it concerns. Results suggested omissions and neglect in conduction of the project such as unjustified decisions in location selection process, inconsistencies, and incompleteness of studies fundamental to legal action, incompatibility of criteria with physical attributes of the location, and a slow progress of currently conducted studies. Shown indications of environmental injustices require further research. (Less)
