(2023) PSYK11 20222Department of Psychology
- Abstract
- This study aimed to investigate whether recruiters experience ethnic discrimination against the applicant during the recruitment process, as well as whether recruiters experience moral stress. It also aims to see if there is a relationship between recruiters' moral stress and their experience of ethnic discrimination. A survey was made using both a pre-existing questionnaire and self-constructed questions, and it was then sent out to 30 recruitment organisations, both public and private. A purposive sampling method was conducted and a total of 21 recruiters participated in the survey, of which only one was male. The results show that recruiters rarely experience moral stress and rarely experience ethnic discrimination against applicants.... (More)

- Abstract (Swedish)
(More)

(Less)
