Most interviewees felt they had a high workload, many cases, and insufficient time. They also described that they felt that the support from colleagues has been a great help despite the high demands. The interviewees told us that their own expectations of their work role have not matched what reality looks like and that the social workers do not feel that they are helping in the way they would have liked to. Their work situation is dominated by a high workload and lack of preparation. (Less)
