The results show five dimensions in our network that demonstrate the strongest connection to workplace well-being: work engagement (i.e., dedication, absorption, vigor) and job satisfaction (i.e., work itself and colleagues). Therefore, the take-home message of our study is that positive work relationships (job satisfaction) relate to work engagement, and vice versa, to promote a positive intrapersonal and interpersonal well-being in a working context; supporting the construct of eudaimonic workplace well-being as well.
