I carry out this analysis using 10 rounds of European Social Survey data and executing logistic regressions to examine the relationship between party choice and five key areas of social exclusion, namely Life Satisfaction, Income and Unemployment, Crime, Health, and Social Engagement and Discrimination. My findings suggest that some aspects of social exclusion may have worsened... (More)

My findings suggest that some aspects of social exclusion may have worsened over time and that social exclusion is highest amongst voters for Sinn Féin and lowest amongst voters for Fine Gael. Research in this area is vital to understanding where policies must adapt and improve in order to protect Ireland’s most vulnerable people. (Less)
