Abstract
This thesis explores the electrification of the public transport sector in Kathmandu Valley using the Multi-Level Perspective framework and a lens based on Political Economy. Findings highlight the central role of stakeholder coalitions and institutional instability in shaping outcomes. The study contributes to sustainability transitions literature by offering a context-sensitive analysis... (More)
