Kompetens på rätt plats? Upplevelser av en implementerad kompetensförsörjningsstrategi hos chefer inom Region Skåne

Denna kvalitativa studie har undersökt och utvärderat chefers upplevelser av en implementerad kompetensförsörjningsstrategi inom Region Skånes psykologverksamhet och hur den kan ha påverkat kompetensförsörjning och kompetensutveckling. Studien baserades på semistrukturerade intervjuer med nio chefer på olika verksamhetsnivåer och har analyserats genom en tematisk analys med en abduktiv ansats. Resultatet i studien visade att strategin kan ha bidragit till ett bättre nyttjande av kompetens hos specialistpsykologer, ett förtydligande i specialistpsykologernas roller samt att det upplevs enklare att rekrytera nya medarbetare. Denna kvalitativa studie har undersökt och utvärderat chefers upplevelser av en implementerad kompetensförsörjningsstrategi inom Region Skånes psykologverksamhet och hur den kan ha påverkat kompetensförsörjning och kompetensutveckling. Studien baserades på semistrukturerade intervjuer med nio chefer på olika verksamhetsnivåer och har analyserats genom en tematisk analys med en abduktiv ansats. Resultatet i studien visade att strategin kan ha bidragit till ett bättre nyttjande av kompetens hos specialistpsykologer, ett förtydligande i specialistpsykologernas roller samt att det upplevs enklare att rekrytera nya medarbetare. Vissa chefer uttryckte däremot en osäkerhet kring konkretiseringen av rollerna samt huruvida det är strategin som bidragit till minskad omsättning av psykologer eller om det är andra faktorer som ligger till grund. Resultatet visade även att strategin bör vara flexibel för att möta verksamhetens behov och kräver kontinuerlig utvärdering. Studien visar att kompetensförsörjningsstrategin kan komma att främja den långsiktiga verksamhetsutvecklingen och att en utvärdering med hjälp av andra berörda parter, såsom specialistpsykologerna, kan styra den i rätt riktning. as if the strategy has contributed to reduced turnover of psychologists or if it is
the impact of other factors. The results also presented a need for flexibility
within the strategy to meet the organizational requirements and that it demands
continuous evaluation. The study indicates that the competence supply strategy
may encourage long-term organizational development and that an evaluation
with other concerned parties, such as the specialist psychologists, can guide the
