Abstract
This study aims to understand how work towards equality and diversity within trade unions represents different problems that need to be overcome in order to reach gender equality and equality overall. Swedish trade unions play an important part in writing the collective agreements between workers and employers, and therefore play an important part in equality within the field and our society as a whole.
