Abstract
In this thesis we have tried to answer the question of whether or not the peace

Our conclusions in this thesis show that there are some similarities between the groups as well as there are differences. The two groups have a different focus in their work, but in the end they have a lot of similarities that complicates or

enables the organizations abilities to make an impact and/or an influence, like: keeping a distance to their donors, reaching the extremes and the difficulty to address complicated questions. Through out the study there has been shown a positive difference between the groups, which is the women's ability to have an impact on people outside of the organization while in the children's organization

you would rather see an impact on the inside of the organization, id est on the children. (Less)
