The method used to gather information has been; qualitative interviews with the counsellor of study at two grade schools; qualitative interviews with the counsellor of study, the curator, teachers and pupils at two upper secondary schools with individual programmes. Secondary information was taken from literature and the Internet. The main result is that the pupils, overall, are satisfied with their education. To reach the purpose of the education the schools mainly motivate the pupils by trainee work. Although statistics do show that few pupils graduate from a national programme within four years. (Less)
