- Abstract
- The aim of this paper is to study what happens, from a professional theoretical perspective, when pedagogical and psychosocial work processes act together around high school students. The keywords are teachers, school welfare officers, cooperation, pedagogical work, psychosocial work, network cooperation and staff teamwork. Four teachers and four school welfare officers were interviewed at four different schools in Malmö and in the county of Kronoberg. The paper describes the concepts preserves, status and discretion, from a professional theoretical point of view.
