The study concludes that the changes Länsförsäkringar Skåne has realized are congruent with the demands of the new individualized employee. Hence, Länsförsäkringar Skåne will, according to theory, in a more efficient way, attract, motivate and keep the individualized employee, both present and future. Meanwhile, the company plans a reversion to more group focused incentives, which raises questions about the future. (Less)
