it possible to read the meaning of identity in relation to this supplement? To analyse this questions I have used queerfeminist theory and the concept of discourse analyse. The findings showed that there is a big tension to be defined within a category as a transgender person and the right to be recognized even outsides this frames as a constantly fluently individual. My conclusion is that the new supplement both appear to include but also exclude people to get protection against discrimination. (Less)
