- Hence the power relation between East and West is challenged the purpose of this thesis is to problematize the postcolonial critique through a case analysis of a merger between an Eastern and a Western organization. We have investigated if the postcolonial lenses can be reversed where it is not necessarily East who is subject to these experiences and additionally we have problematized the postcolonial critique. The research methodology is a qualitative study inspired mainly by hermeneutics, poststructuralism and postmodernism in which the empirical data is collected through semi-structured interviews.
