To increase the knowledge on BCM, with regards to human and organizational aspects, this thesis develops and presents a conceptual model, and also a more detailed guiding method, for the process of implementing BCM. The guiding method has, in some degree, been customized to suit the conditions on the Volvo Construction Equipment site in Eskilstuna, Sweden. An extensive literature study, and a review of the findings, has been carried out as the basis for the conclusions presented in this report. (Less)
