- Abstract (Swedish)
(More)

(Less)
- Abstract
- The aim of the present study was to examine whether participation in the design of homework in a stress intervention affected the outcome of the intervention and participants’ engagement to the task. The study also examined the relationship between participation and dropouts from the study. The study used an experimental design in which participants were randomly assigned to two groups with different degrees of involvement in the design of homework. The sample consisted of 71 participants, including 57 students and 14 teachers. The participants’ perceived stress was measured with Percieved Stress Scale and engagement with self-designed questions. The study failed to demonstrate any significant relationship between participation and the... (More)

The study failed to demonstrate any significant relationship between participation and the effect of the intervention. No connection between participation and dropouts in the study has been found. The results suggest that there is a connection between participation and participant’s engagement in their homework. (Less)
