Abstract (Swedish)
(More)

Abstract
The aim of this study was to examine employeeship at a government agency in Skåne, both by examining if there were situational differences in the group as a whole, but also if there were differences regarding individually-related variables such as gender, seniority and education. Information about the development of the staff, employee style, and their actions in different situations, employee style adaptability, was gathered through the survey Your Employeeship Questionnaire (YEQ) – self assessment (Bertlett, 2011b). The survey was distributed to the 94 people who worked full time at the agency, and a total of 56 responses (60 %) were successfully returned.
Analysis of the results showed that there were no significant differences in... (More)

Analysis of the results showed that there were no significant differences in employee style adaptability between the individual variables chosen for this study. The group as a whole differed, however, in specific situations depending on whether it was situations of hardship or of success and if the situations were group- or individually-related.
