- Abstract
- The society has gone throw a structural change and with it, the political arena. Today several actors are involved in staging the "political". This pose questions about with what purposes these actors enter the arena and how they use communication as a tool to achieve their goals. The purpose is to describe and explain why, and how, different political actors work with strategic communication at the political arena. I have used interviews and an analysis of content of the program paper Almedalsveckan 2010.Conclusions that can be drawn are, to explain the strategic communication on the political arena it is necessary to apply all three models that are presented, Lobbying as a hub, Mass media as a hub and Networking as a hub.
