- Abstract (Swedish)
- The aim of this study was to evaluate a modified form of cognitive behavioural grouptherapy (CBGT). The therapy, started by a private care institute, is based on a method in which traditional CBT methods for groups are used but are modified in that it has an open format, meaning that different patients can take part in or drop out from sessions. And also that it is transdiagnostic, meaning that patients with different diagnosis take part of the therapy. To evaluate the method, data concerning Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation-Outcome Measure (CORE-OM) was collected during all the therapy sessions. Using a repeated-measures design the outcome from the first session was then compared with the outcome from the last session in 40... (More)

Using a repeated-measures design the outcome from the first session was then compared with the outcome from the last session in 40 participants. The results showed significant change and increased values in all investigated variables when comparing measurement “before” and “after” treatment. More research is, however, needed before further conclusions could be drawn. (Less)
