6 Redundancy relates to the preservation of knowledge and information within the organization. The interviews confirm the relevance and presence of the influencing factors. In addition to the influencing factors a number of additional factors were identified by the respondents. This report concludes that the influencing factors are relevant and the overall results of the survey supports this. (Less)
