The nature of the justiciability of the social rights, i.e. social security, is investigated whether the state obligation measures up to the progressive raise of social security in practise as put forward as a legal obligation of states.
The focus group of this thesis is the young unemployed people, ages between 18 and 24, in Finland, Porvoo. The conclusion of the subject matter is to target the focus group earlier in their education to fulfil the legislative requirements on the progressive improvement in the social security system.
