- ”The brutal competition that the globalization and the ICT-development have caused increases the demands on the multinational corporation’s management control. Global corporations must find congruence between strategies in order to maintain their competitiveness. MedSweden is a Swedish ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) company with an international network which serves about 60 countries. In mid-2010 the company acquired the division that was in control of the distribution of their products in France. A case study has been performed in order to describe the corporation and its surrounding environment.
