- Investigating the dynamics of blood flow is essential to understanding the cardiovascular system and its pathologies. Phase Contrast Magnetic Resonance Imaging (PC-MRI) enables acquisition of 4-dimensional time resolved velocity experiments. Slice-by-slice analysis of the data is time consuming and cumbersome.
