The findings are grouped in five main themes: action orientation, learning through failure, diversity of networks, mentorship and personal growth. The overall results suggest that graduates perceive the education they took part in as valuable and with actual outcomes that they use in their professional lives. However, as the programme in question has so far produced only five generations of graduates, it could be argued that the given time period is too short in order to measure the real long-term outcomes of this education.
