Abstract
The aim of the study was to analyze the collaboration of professionals working with children and young people using Lotsmodellen. Interviews were conducted with seven professionals from different organizations all working with Lotsmodellen. We chose a qualitative approach because it aims to highlight the details that are what creates the context in which the phenomena we want to analyze appear. The stories of the professionals highlight various aspects of collaboration. Our results demonstrate that it is difficult to determine whether structured collaboration is better than unstructured. We conclude that collaboration is a complex process that is important for social work among children and young people, but that it requires further research. (Less)
