Nyckelord: Rekrytering, Employer Branding, rekryteringsmetoder, online verktyg, rätt kandidat. (Less) - Abstract

Methodology: The study is based on a qualitative research strategy with an adductive approach.
Theoretical perspective: The study is divided into five main parts based on the theories of Employer Branding, recruitment, important conditions for an effective recruitment, methods for recruitment and recruit through online tools.
Empirical foundation: Our empirical data is based on six depth interviews about 60 minutes and one group interview about 90 minutes, with HR-specialists from six different companies. We also went through with a document analysis of the companies online application process.
Conclusions: We found that key strategies such as important conditions, methods and online tools may enable an effective recruitment where right candidate is attracted. We also found that the work of HR is a complex process that involves a continuous coordination between the company, society and candidate, which is also shown in a model.
Keywords: Recruitment, Employer Branding, recruitment methods, online tools, right candidate. (Less)
