The study shows that the attributes ascribed to the irregular immigrant are decisive for classifying as a human right access to subsidized health-care. The major difference between the two debates is the consequences of the appearance of The Sweden-democrats in parliament. The other parties have been united in an antagonistic stand against the Sweden-democrats, which has led to increased weight being given to human rights. (Less)
