Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study how the mindset of an international service firm evolves over time and to research the relationship between internationalization actions and entrepreneurial orientations. The international entrepreneurial orientation of a firm consists of eight dimensions, five of which derive from the Entrepreneurial Orientation concept, and three more are suggested as additional ones. These eight orientations are combined in a new model - the Atomic Entrepreneurial Orientation model and the aim is to show how a service firm's awareness of each dimension is affected by its internationalization actions in an interactive continuous process over time.
