As a sector of business travel, incentive travel is similar to leisure travel. The environmentally sustainable concerns related to incentive travel are mainly in the aspects of transportation, accommodation, catering and activities, along with other detailed services in the whole process. The results showed that all aspects of an incentive trip are required to be in high standard, but there is but not much environmental sustainable concerns existed in the actual incentive travel programs currently in China. Although the pro-environment awareness is relatively weak, customer companies are increasing their environment- related corporate responsibility and implementing the integrating components into their programs. Besides, travelers’ green attitude needs to be improved as well since they do not have much preference yet for environmental-friendly options in incentive travel. (Less)
