- Abstract
- The aim of the study is to see which factors are the most significant for the ability to reproduce the sequence of events during a rescue operation. The study shows that there are indications that the factors of stress, debriefing and operation complexity have an impact on how much of an event a person remembers. The study also shows that the team leader and rescue leader seem to overestimate how much they remember from the rescue operation. If the evaluation is based only on the narration of the team leader and rescue leader, important details might be forgotten.
