(Less)

The empirical data consists of interviews with seven employees in Organization XX. The empirical has three themes; Nature of the organization, Demand of clarity and External influence. The study shows an environment of knowledge-intense organization where employees tries to find clarity through bureaucratic elements. Though, there becomes collisions between the elements and the nature of the organization. In conclusion, the study concludes two concepts in situational bureaucratization and business-led bureaucracy. Furthermore, it opens up for further research on these concepts. (Less)
