Syfte Syftet är att se vilka effekter som
matchningsmodellen kan ha i ett
kunskapsintensivt företag på individnivå.
Undersökningen har baserats på ett
medarbetarperspektiv, där studien är ämnad
att bredda kunskapen inom befintlig
forskning om matchningsmodellen.
Metod Studien är kvalitativ och har genomförts med
induktiv ansats, semistrukturerade
intervjuer och har haft en tolkande
utgångspunkt.
Teoretisk ansats Den teoretiska referensramen
börjar i en bred ansats för att sedan
smalnas av. Störst fokus har lagts på
organisationskultur, matchningsmodellen
och identitetsteori.
Empiri Empirin består av sex intervjuer med
anställda på företaget CITrus.
Organisationen är ett kunskapsintensivt It-
företag som verkar inom konsultbranschen. De
intervjuade består av fem medarbetare och
en anställd som innehar chefsposition.
Resultat Studien har genererat en bredare kunskap
om vilka effekter matchningsmodellen kan
ha på CITrus medarbetare. Känslan av att
bli utvald tycks ha haft långvariga
effekter på medarbetare och bidragit till
en identitetsförstärkning. (Less) - Abstract

knowledge on how the matching model
affects CITrus’ employees at an individual
level.The feeling of being selected have
had long lasting effects on the employees
