- En esta tesis nos acercamos a los diferentes tipos de violencia que se manifiesta en la narrativa chilena de post-dictadura. El género es de un tipo violento ficticio y no testimonial, aun así, tiene la misma función de la literatura testimonial por el hecho de que refleja un pasado real y hechos reales, así contribuyendo a la memoria común de la sociedad chilena. Usando las teorías de Zizek, Lipovetsky y Benjamin sobre los distintos tipos de violencia, se enfoca en el aspecto violento de la narrativa chilena de este género. La pregunta de investigación es: ¿Qué tipos de violencia podemos observar en las obras indicadas y cómo se manifiestan? Analizando dos ejemplos de la narrativa chilena de post dictadura, Tengo miedo torero (2001) de Pedro Lemebel y Carne de perra (2009) de Fatima Sime, hemos podido detectar varios tipos de violencia. En Tengo miedo torero predomina la violencia indirecta y objetiva, sin embargo, también se ha visto ejemplos de violencia subjetiva y violencia social. En Carne de perra se ha podido reconocer, sobre todo, una violencia interindividual subjetiva, pero también violencia salvaje, violencia divina y violencia hard. (Less)

- In this thesis, we approach the different types of violence that is manifested in the Chilean narrative of post-dictatorship. The genre is of a violent fictional nature and not a testimonial one. - In this thesis, we approach the different types of violence that is manifested in the Chilean narrative of post-dictatorship. The genre is of a violent fictional nature and not a testimonial one. Yet, it possesses the same function as the one of testimonial literature because it reflects a real past and real historical events, and therefore it contributes to the general memory of the Chilean society. Using the theories of Zizek, Lipovetsky and Benjamin in their approach to different types of violence. It focuses on the violent aspect of the Chilean narrative of this genre. By analyzing two examples of Chilean narrative of post-dictatorship, Tengo miedo torero (2001) by Pedro Lemebel and Carne de perra (2009) by Fatima Sime, we have been able to detect various types of violence. In Tengo miedo torero, predominates the indirect and objective violence, nevertheless, we have also seen examples of subjective violence and social violence. While in Carne de perra, the dominating type of violence is interindividual subjective violence, nevertheless, we have also been able to see examples of savage violence, divine violence and hard violence.
